Print Sale Week – Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You (“Participant” or “You”) and Kristine Rose Photography (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

Program

The Company agrees to provide you with time-restricted access to a one-time educational training event, “Print Sale Week” (“Program”). By registering for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Nature of the Relationship

Your participation in this Program is for educational and informational purposes only. This does not constitute a business relationship, employment, partnership, or agency. Any strategies shared are intended as general guidance and not business, legal, or financial advice.

Fees

Your one-time payment of $10 USD provides access to the full Print Sale Week training for the entire duration of the program. This fee grants access to all live sessions and replays until August 4th, 2025. The fee is non-refundable.

Access Period

Replays and materials will be available only until August 4th, 2025. After that date, access to the Program content will expire automatically.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the training and the limited access window, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program—including videos, handouts, and other materials—is the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

You agree not to share access to the Program materials or any confidential information discussed during the training with others outside the Program.

Personal Responsibility

Your results from this Program depend on your own effort and circumstances. The Company makes no guarantees about results or income as a result of participating in the training.

Technology Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver a seamless experience, the Company is not liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or access problems you may encounter.

Modification and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify the content or structure of the Program at any time. Access will terminate on August 4, 2025, with no extensions granted.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Waiver

No waiver by any Party of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be effective unless explicitly set forth in writing and signed by the Party so waiving. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, no failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power, or privilege arising from this Agreement shall operate or be construed as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power, or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable or responsible to You, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion, or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.

Effective Date

This Agreement shall commence and be enforceable with respect to each Program participant upon the date that the participant initially registers for the Program.
