C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE) aka Comet Neowise visits earth about every 6800 years.
It makes me wonder what our planet will be like when it is next in our night sky. Regardless, it was THE talk for the summer of 2020 here in the Northern Hemisphere.
A stunning naked eye comet, everyone and their awesome grandmother too could tell you about and if they were lucky had clear nights to spot it.
I knew I had to get out and photograph it, somewhere with a nice view to the north. I was fortunate that the folks at Avondale Sky Winery were happy to have me come and traipse around their vineyard at night.
With a couple of the owners and hundreds of mosquitoes I was happy to setup on the lawn and watch the comet track through the sky.
